Louis was born in 1897 in Westminster. Most likely the son of Louise & Jane / Jenny.

[Note by Amanda] - This one has on the back  "yours sincerely L . Blesson". There is  embossed writing in the bottom left corner , which I can't make out properly but the one word I can read is Bangalore , so it must have been taken in India . My thanks to Amanda for providing the photo.
