Henry was  in Surbiton, Surrey in 1896 , the son of William Henry Yeabsley, a greengrocer, and Ellen (nee Ballard). (1911 census - see conflicting information in his service records)

Born - 20 April 1895, Alperton (in Middlesex) (Note birth registered Jun Q 1896 & in censuses he is shown as born in Surbiton, Surrey)
Father - Henry (Note William Henry in censuses and BDM)
Embarked for India per 'Ceramic' on 4 Feb 1916, arrived 25 Feb 1916.
Disembodied - 5 July 1919
Address - 38 Chaplin Rd, Wembley.
Statement of Disability :-
         Malaria contracted in Waziristan July 1917 - degree of disablement 30%
